Emma Jane fell in love with words long before she knew what to do with them.

Turns out, the thing that drove her crazy, watching brilliant people explain their work in the most mundane way possible, became the thing she built her career around.

After years of seeing exceptional brands and leaders lose opportunities because they couldn't communicate their genius, she started Common Thread - not to fix their expertise, but to change how they talked about it.

When she's not untangling someone's story, you'll find Emma diving into the depths off the Australian coast, always looking for the thing others miss.
